Inspiring Meeting in Vientiane, Laos

Had an insightful discussion with Viengakhone Souriyo (Vieng), Vice Chair and Head of the Lao CSO Secretariat, on how to involve Laos’ civil society in the Southeast Asia Harm Reduction Association (AHRA). This collaboration aims to expand our AHRA membership base and strengthen harm reduction efforts in the region.
Vieng shared valuable reports on harm reduction and substance use, funded by Expertise France and UNODC. This marks a significant step forward in enhancing national support for harm reduction in Laos and aiding people who use drugs.
